Northeast Indiana was hit by a derecho, a severe linear storm front with hurricane-force winds, on the night of June 13, 2022. The Waynedale area in southwest Fort Wayne, where my son and I live, was the hardest hit area. The National Weather Service recorded winds as high as 98 miles per hour in this part of the city!

Our house was undamaged, but a portion of the roofing material on the back of the garage was peeled back like a bed sheet! We were fortunate that we did not have any large trees in our yard. All over the neighborhood, trees were broken off at the base or completely uprooted. Many of them were very large, thick trees! Most of the damage to buildings was done by falling trees. Most of the electric lines in the area were taken down by falling trees, and our area was the last part of the city to get its power restored. Our electricity wasn't back on until the afternoon of the 17th!

All of my prints are available framed or unframed. I use black metal Neilsen & Bainbridge frames with white cotton unbuffered museum board for the mat and backing board for maximum archival protection. Photographs are printed on an Epson pigment printer using Epson's archival ultrachrome inset for long life.

Credit card payment is handled through Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account. When you checkout, you will be taken to Paypal's site. If you have a Paypal account, sign in and approve the payment.

If you do not have a Paypal account, and do not want to sign up for one, there is a link on the Paypal page that says "Don't have a Paypal Account?" Click it to pay without signing up. It will accept your credit card like a normal credit card payment.

Unframed prints usually ship within 7 days. This allows time for me to make your print and to allow it to cure for several days before I package it to ship. Framed prints usually take about two weeks, because my framer usually requires about a week to complete his work.

Please Note: In late 2024, I was forced to dramatically increase the prices for framed prints. This reflects the actual cost of framing them. I make no profit from the additional charge for framing; I charge you what the framer charges me, and every framer that I know has had to ramp up prices due to inflation in recent years. I earn my living selling my photographs, and offer the framing at cost because many people prefer to buy a print that is framed and ready to display.
