This broken-down old house looks abandoned, but a family lives there. I didn't get to talk to the woman who gave me permission to photograph it, because she was on the phone the whole time I was there. It reminded me of Richard Youse's house. He was an elderly man living with his cats in a ruined old farmhouse in Allen County.

This house is on the Wells County side of the road that forms the border between Wells and Allen Counties in northeast Indiana. Wells County calls the road County Road 1200N, and Allen County calls it South County Line Road. It is just west of County Road 500E.

I photographed it pretty late in the evening, around 9pm.

All of my prints are available framed or unframed. I use black metal Neilsen & Bainbridge frames with white cotton unbuffered museum board for the mat and backing board for maximum archival protection. Photographs are printed on an Epson pigment printer using Epson's archival ultrachrome inset for long life.

Credit card payment is handled through Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account. When you checkout, you will be taken to Paypal's site. If you have a Paypal account, sign in and approve the payment.

If you do not have a Paypal account, and do not want to sign up for one, there is a link on the Paypal page that says "Don't have a Paypal Account?" Click it to pay without signing up. It will accept your credit card like a normal credit card payment.

Unframed prints usually ship within 7 days. This allows time for me to make your print and to allow it to cure for several days before I package it to ship. Framed prints usually take about two weeks, because my framer usually requires about a week to complete his work.

Please Note: In late 2024, I was forced to dramatically increase the prices for framed prints. This reflects the actual cost of framing them. I make no profit from the additional charge for framing; I charge you what the framer charges me, and every framer that I know has had to ramp up prices due to inflation in recent years. I earn my living selling my photographs, and offer the framing at cost because many people prefer to buy a print that is framed and ready to display.
